Done: handmade birthday gift

I have been procrastinating on this, but I'm so happy that it's done. I have to hurry to get this into the mail as it's a gift for a special little girl whose birthday is coming up end of the month. Eeek! - that is days away. Anyways, I hope that it fits. I'm really happy with how it all turned out...very cute and sweet. I did add a little tiny pocket on the shirt just to tie it with the skirt - and also because I thought, how cute to have a pocket way down there, to slip in a twig, branch or maybe a caterpillar?
