Happy Chinese New Year!
Monday is Chinese New Year. The Year of the Ox. I am a taurus by horoscope but also an ox by the chinese calendar. So, a double bull. Maybe it'll be a lucky year for me.
For class tomorrow, Courtney will be taking in these little egg tarts that we made Sunday afternoon. They were easy peasy and after weeks of thinking what to bring in -it ended up being such a non-stressful baking project. I was going to do almond cookies but the whole no-nuts things meant no almond cookies.
